The PSA Central Florida Chapter

Our Chapter meeting/outing schedule for the year 2025-2026 has been set. Please save these dates:

November 5, 2025 – Circle B Bar Reserve Lakeland and the Florida Polytechnic University

January 14 - 16, 2026 – Orlando Wetlands and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge

March 11, 2026 – Architectural Photography Webinar presented by Gary Butler. PPSA

May 20, 2026 – Lido Beach on Lido Key

We were presented with a 50 Year certificate at the Chapters Breakfast at the Tucson Festival.

Dr. Isaac Vaisman was recognized for his photographic achievement at the PSA Annual Banquet and received the ROPA distinction of PPSA.  He has also graduated from the PSA course “Advanced Photojournalism”.

Erik Rosengren, FPSA, PPSA received the Elmore R. Chatham Editorial Award at the PSA Annual Meeting in Tucson which is presented annually to the author of the article considered to be the best article published in the PSA Journal for the prior calendar year.  The article’s title is “Wildlife Photography from a Floating Blind“ and it appeared in the May 2022 PSA Journal.
